Information about you, what we collect from you:
You may provide us with information by filling out forms on our website(s) or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. Your data that we use for HR and recruitment purposes will be kept with us for a maximum of 6 months, or shorter if you let us know that you do not want us to keep it any longer. In all cases, we will never keep your data longer than strictly necessary under (national or EU) law or for the performance of the activities and obligations arising from the contract.
Whatever we want to do with your personal data:
If you are already a customer, we want to use your name and email address to inform you about our future offers and similar products. This information will not be shared with third parties except and is not intended for any other purpose. If you are a customer, you may opt out at any time by phone or by sending an email to the email address above, or by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you, or by contacting us at the address below at any time.
What are your rights:
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking the box on the forms we use to collect your data. You may also exercise this right at any time by contacting us via email or telephone.
You may at any time request to see the information we hold about you and to correct or delete that personal information. You can do this by sending your request to our email address. We will contact you as soon as possible, within 1 month. Please note that we can comply with you deletion request only if and when we are not required to retain your information under national or EU law or for reasons of public interest.
